Muesli (base of oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried apricots, banana chips, cashews, hazelnuts) with blueberries, strawberries and passionfruit and Greek yogurt

Lunch





– La Vong monkfish, shared
– Crab Nem Royale rolls, shared
– Bun Sa with tofu

The cravings for Vietnamese food are strong enough to lure me all the way to Shoreditch for a second Sunday in a row. We were stuffed after eating all that. So worth it. And I love that the bowls of pho and bun are £6 at lunchtime.

Too lazy to cook, so it’s just:
– half pot of M&S Super Green soup with chives
– Buttered black sesame & sweet potato toast
