It’s a Good Friday

Today, I am thankful and grateful for the blessings in my life.


Feel like I should have hot cross buns for breakfast, but I rilly rilly wanted some of my ownself make granola. Eaten with blueberries, sliced banana, and natural yogurt.


With the temperature hitting a “sweltering” 24 deg today, it’s the perfect weather to have cold udon.

– Clams sauteed in butter & sake
– Zaru gomadare (udon with a sesame dipping sauce)

Sitting in Green Park with a kumquat bubble tea from Bubbleology and macarons (chestnut, rose, salted caramel, pistachio) from Laduree at Burlington Arcade.


Restaurants and mood lighting mean good food pictures are almost impossible with an iPhone. The ribs were huge, but am very proud that I managed to finish everything. *burp*

– Baked potato skins with cheese and bacon
– BBQ smoked baby back ribs
