A quiet Saturday

Here’s something interesting. Today, I weighed myself at the gym and discovered that I’ve lost weight after coming back from holiday. Clearly, the Italian diet of gelato, pasta and numerous pastries is the way to go.

Breakfast

Homemade granola with natural yogurt and blueberries

Lunch


– Vegetable tempura, shared
– Hiyashi kizami (udon with spring onion and tofu)

I love Koya. That is all.

Late afternoon

Resisted the urge to get frozen yogurt, and ate huge handfuls of mixed nuts & raisins and giant mutant blueberries from M&S. And after that, I got a chocolate attack and ate half a bar of Ritter Sport hazelnut & dark chocolate (no picture).

Dinner

– Half pot Super Green soup, M&S
– Mixed sashimi, Japan Centre

This is what happens when you’re lazy to cook – you end up with a weird dinner.
