More playing around with Instagram.

Breakfast

– Rye & currant toast with Manuka honey
– Fruit: Kiwi, strawberries & blueberries

Lunch

I’m a fan of one-pan meals. Grilled salmon, asparagus & tomatoes.

Dinner

I snacked quite a bit in the afternoon, so it’s just revitalising herbal chicken soup from a Eu Yan Sang tonic mix.
