Where did the bank holidays go?

Breakfast

Poached egg, grilled asparagus and tomatoes on pesto toast, inspired by yesterday’s Spoonfed Suppers email (unfortunately the egg white wasn’t fully set, but I was too hungry to do another one. Bah!)

Lunch

– Grilled peppered mackerel
– Crunchy oriental stir fry, Waitrose

Dinner

Leftover herbal chicken soup from yesterday, with silken tofu added

After dinner

An Empire apple, strawberries, blueberries & grapes while catching up on the MasterChef final
