More dinner at my desk

After the late finish at work last night, I decided to get into the office at lunchtime, which left time for me to go to the gym in the morning. Amazingly, the gym session did wonders for my energy levels for the rest of the day.

Breakfast

Rye & currant toast with crunchy peanut butter (not a good combination) and blueberries

Lunch

– M&S carrot & coriander soup
– Rocket, baby spinach and watercress with santorini tomatoes, grilled artichokes, olives & sundried tomatoes

Finally I get to eat the food I brought into the office on Tuesday. Also, you’ll notice that I’m very predictable. Once I find something I like, I eat it everyday until I find something else to obsess over.

Mid-afternoon

Gryphon White Gingerlily tea
Village Bakery Four Seed bar
– Fruit: M&S king strawberries, blueberries & raspberries

Dinner

Third night in a row having dinner at the office. I hope this isn’t becoming a habit. Tonight was a Nostrana salad (chicken, avocado, red peppers, egg, green beans) from Pizza Express.
