– Southern Alps bircher muesli, brazil nuts & River Cottage natural yogurt
– One red grapefruit

Lunch


Innocent Thai veg sweet chili pot with added broccoli, cauliflower & baby carrots

Late afternoon

Some blueberries, strawberries and a cup of Vita Coco coconut water

Dinner

Grilled mackerel, asparagus & pomodorino tomatoes. I’m a fan of one-pan meals.

After dinner


– Handful of cashews (not pictured)
– Strawberries, blueberries & raspberries
