Vegetables!

Breakfast


– Half an avocado and sundried tomatoes on spelt toast
– Vita Coco coconut water

Lunch


Yorkshire Provender fresh vegetable broth with chicken and kaffir lime
– Tenderstem broccoli and sundried tomatoes

The Yorkshire Provender soup is tasty, but I didn’t taste any lime.

Mid-afternoon


– Handful Brazil nuts and mixed nuts with raisins (not pictured)
– Bowl of red globe grapes, strawberries, blueberries and a flat white peach

Flat peaches are coming in season, yay!

Dinner


– Grilled salmon with furikake
– M&S aromatic stir fry with added pak choy and shitake mushrooms

After dinner

A Fuji apple – possibly my favourite kind of apple
