Meditarranean salad

Breakfast


– Rye toast with hazelnut butter
– Grapefruit, strawberries & blueberries

Lunch


– 1 rice thin
– Roasted vegetable salad from the Portugese deli along Kentish Town Road. The owner gave me a free banana (which I didn’t eat)!

Mid-afternoon

– 1 Braeburn apple
– Japanese rice crackers

Dinner


– Stir fried tofu with mushroom
– Green beans with sesame dressing

After dinner


Plum, nectarine and Rainier cherries
